SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (Canada)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $75

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Rates calculated at checkout

International

  • We currently ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping to additional countries may be available in the future.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@lucincare.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
