Return Policy
At Lucincare, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on all unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging to be eligible for a return.
We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons, items purchased on sale or with a discount code, or gift cards.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lucincare.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
